Shipping Policy

NEW ZEALAND

Our preferred courier company is New Zealand Couriers or alternatively Toll United for freight within New Zealand. All products will be couriered to your address by tracked courier, we require a street address for delivery - goods cannot be delivered to a PO Box. The goods will be properly and suitably packed by Air-Mech Limited and in such manner to reach the intended destination in good condition. Delivery of the goods can generally be expected within 5 days after processing and receipt of payment, except rural deliveries which may take a longer delivery time. Air-Mech Limited will not be held accountable for delivery times once items have been dispatched, no indemnity will be given to compensate for any losses incurred by the receiver due to delivery delays. Air-Mech Limited reserves the right to adjust the delivery charges for large orders. In this instance we will advise the customer by email of the new freight charge and seek acceptance before dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL The sales region for Air-Mech Limited is New Zealand. We are bound to honour those agreements so cannot sell outside our trading boundaries.
