To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. All purchases must be returned and inspected before any refund will be granted. A copy of the original invoice or packaging sheet must be attached with any returns.
A restocking fee of 20% applies to all items returned for credit.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase unless agreed by Air-Mech Limited writing. Where the products are faulty or damaged due to manufacturing faults we will either: (i) replace the products; or (ii) repair the product under the manufacturers guarantee; (iii) give you a full refund.
Air-Mech Ltd will not refund or exchange items that have been: - Damaged or opened packaging on consumables such as nails, staples or brads. - Disassembled, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS
Items that have been purchased on sale are sold on the understanding that they cannot be returned for credit unless deemed faulty and if the products are covered by the Manufacturer’s warranty.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it because you have selected the wrong product please contact us to discuss an exchange by Freephone: 0800 247 6324.
FREIGHT & SHIPPING
To return your product, you should courier your return to Air-Mech Limited, Unit 1, 68 Marsden Bay Drive, Marsden Point, Whangarei 0118. You (the consumer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
