CLAW couplings are made from drop-forged, hardened steel which can with-stand rough treatment and ensures a long life even under difficult conditions. The coupling head is the same for all sizes, which can therefore be freely combined.
The recommended maximum working pressure is 10 bar.
Features:
- Large bore – machined surfaces give low air resistance and minimum pres-sure drop.
- Robust claws – will withstand rough handling without deformation.
- Locking lugs – precision made to provide a reliable lock.
- Special rubber packing – resistant to oil and temperature changes. Max. temperature 80°C.
- Packing seats – lathe-turned grooves ensure a leak-proof seal.
- Couplings are zinc-plated and thus effectively treated against corrosion.
